Main tasks performed
- Take charge of the follow-up of potential projects on the SEAO site
- Responsible for the implementation of certain software for the department or for the company
- Represent the company at certain events
- Participate in business development
- Improve certain internal processes with the different directors of the department (Quality Plan / Mapping)
- Assist the Vice President in all administrative tasks (calls, agenda, emails, etc.)
- Manage the real estate development and construction management office
- Follow up on decisions made during meetings
- Maintain and, if necessary, create the various dashboards
- Conduct research to assist in decision making
Requirements
- College diploma in a relevant field
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in real estate development and construction (an asset)
- Excellent command of French (oral and written)
- Knowledge of English (intermediate level)
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Knowledge of MS Project software (an asset)
