FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With his excellent ability to handle several projects at once and his lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Larocque has been acting as President
and Chief Executive Officer since the founding of the Evex Group in 2016. Mr. Larocque is responsible for the management of operations as well as the strategic focus of business development. He has built a qualified, committed and talented team, mirroring his entrepreneurial vision. Before founding Evex Group, he was director of financial services. He also founded his first company in the construction industry at the age of 19. Experienced and professional, he possesses strong leadership and management skills. These same skills earned him a nomination in 2020 in the Arista competition of the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal, in the category of young and growing entrepreneur in Quebec.
VP, CORPORATE AFFAIRS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
An experienced entrepreneur and executive, Mr. Couture joined the Evex Group in November 2020 to assist the Group in establishing and implementing its growth strategy.
Having started his career in a major Canadian law firm in 2004, he successively held the positions of manager for a regulator and Chief Compliance Officer for a a major investment bank. He then founded his first real estate investment firm in 2013, as well as a boutique law firm and a risk management and governance software company in 2015.
Mr. Couture holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Laval University and a Master of Business Law from the Université de Montréal. He is a member of the Barreau du Québec.
ACCOUNTANT, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
Since the founding of the Evex Group, Mrs. Leblond-Dufresne is in charge of the accounting and finance of the Evex Group, as well as bringing the different projects within the projected time and costs.
After her studies at HEC, Mrs. Leblond-Dufresne became a member of the order of professional accountants of Quebec and obtained in 2016, the CPA & CMA designations. She started her career in the areas of financial services and insurance and then moved to the management of real estate properties.
DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Mathieu Gagnon, Director of Property Management, actively contributes to the optimization, leasing and maintenance of the Evex Group’s real estate assets.
His previous experience in the field of management and construction allows him to ensure the management and optimization of the real estate properties.
ARCHITECT, DIRECTOR OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
As Director of Real Estate Development for the Evex Group, Jessica St-Sauveur, an architect, is responsible for the implementation of all projects.
The real estate development department includes several teams : prospecting, appraisal, urban planning and architecture. Jessica ensures the coordination and transmission of information between these teams and the stakeholders. Ms. St-Sauveur also conceptualizes the projects and remains involved until their completion.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR GENERAL
As Assistant General Manager, Evelyne Collin Levesque supports the CEO in the valuation, analysis and implementation of all operations. She seeks the continuing development of the company by implementing best practices in operational efficiency.
Dr. Evelyne Collin Levesque holds a clinical doctorate in neuropsychology (Psy. D.). Member of the Quebec Order of Psychologists of Quebec, her clinical experience ensures that she remains focussed on the human being. It is always a central focus for her throughout her mandate
With over 40 years of experience in management positions, Paul joined the Evex Group in September 2019 as Director of Operations. He is responsible for procurement, site management and the implementation of a continuous improvement approach to optimize the performance of operations.
With a degree in administration and a certificate in continuous improvement, Mr. Savoie also acts as a resource person and coach to the team in Evex Group’s various projects.
